2. Services

SD Landscape LLC provides landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, and related outdoor services in the St. Louis metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and mutual agreement on scope and pricing.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided are non-binding until a formal written agreement is signed by both parties. Prices may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the agreement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting delays, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant changes to the expected timeline.

5. Warranty

SD Landscape LLC provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Plant warranties are subject to proper care and maintenance by the property owner. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to the start of work may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once materials have been ordered or work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us to discuss any changes to your project.

7. Liability

SD Landscape LLC is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from natural disasters or Acts of God.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of SD Landscape LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Project photos may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
